If you fill in the quote request form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your facility. We ask for these so we can reply to you and prepare a sensible estimate.

We do not run advertising trackers or site analytics cookies on this site. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, include a Google Maps embed in the footer, and use a third-party form service for quote requests. Those providers may collect technical information under their own privacy terms when their services load.

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough of your building, prepare a quote and provide cleaning services if you go ahead. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details so we can manage your service and reach you about your account.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The quote form is delivered by a third-party form provider, which processes your submission and passes it to us. Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on these pages. Beyond that, we share your details only with people working on your account, or where the law requires it.

Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms, and we have no control over their practices beyond how we have configured them here.

We keep quote enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and customer records for as long as we provide the service plus whatever period our tax and business record-keeping requires. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details below and we will deal with your request. If you would rather not submit anything through the form, you are welcome to call us on (612) 712-3133 instead.
